Returns & Exchanges
Our goal is to satisfy each and every customer… all of the time. If you are not satisfied with any product for any reason it may be returned for an exchange. Of course, if you need to make a return due to either a damaged product you received or a product you did not order, we will issue you a full refund and pay for the return shipping.
To make a return:
- You must contact us via email within 3 days of receipt of your product.
- Your transaction number is printed on every receipt. Please provide us with that transaction number in your email.
- Return the product to us in its original condition. You must assume the cost of the outbound and return freight unless you are returning a product that was damaged or was received in error. In that case, pay for shipping and we will reimburse you. Make sure the package is insured, as we cannot be held responsible for damaged or non-delivered packages.
- Upon receipt, your returned products will be inspected to ensure they were returned in the same condition we sent it to you. If the product was sent to you in error or was damaged, we will issue a full refund or exchange.
- We will email you a confirmation of the return along with any additional amount refunded for any charges you may have incurred.
Due to the nature of our business there are a few exceptions and exclusions, however:
- All apparel that has been printed on is not returnable except if the product was damaged, defective upon receipt or a mistake on our part in the printing process.
- Custom transfers, special order transfers and other custom products cannot be returned.
- Products that have been washed, laundered, dry cleaned, or soiled can not be returned.
